Aneta Pasternak — founder of Inseria Terapie Twarzy
I am a qualified massage therapist specializing in advanced aesthetic facial massage techniques—working with adipose tissue, muscles, and fascia. I combine anatomical knowledge with years of clinical experience and my own proprietary methods to achieve visible lifting effects without invasive procedures.
I don't teach formulas. I teach how to work consciously with tissue—understanding aging processes and precisely selecting techniques for specific aesthetic concerns.
My training courses are built upon real-world experience with clients and the continuous refinement of manual techniques—skills validated on the international stage. In every training session, I pass on to my students the same precision, ergonomics, and procedural awareness that championship judges evaluate.

Will I receive a certificate after the training?
Yes. Each training ends with a certificate confirming qualifications to perform a given procedure.
Can I add the treatment to my offer immediately after the training?
Yes. You receive a complete, ready-made treatment procedure and training materials - you can implement the new treatment in the office immediately after returning from the training, as a premium service.
How many groups do stationary training take place in?
We conduct stationary training in small groups of a maximum of 8 people, thanks to which the instructor constantly corrects the technique of each participant. You complete online courses individually, at your own pace, with materials available 24/7.
Which training to start with?
If you are just building a facial workshop, start with Kobido 3D, which is the foundation of manual work. If you already have experience and want to introduce an advanced modeling treatment - choose Korugi. Both trainings complement each other perfectly.
